GUN-TOTING GANG BUSTED IN DEAD-OF-NIGHT RAID!Lenovo laptop, hair clippers and cellphone at centre of armed house robbery horror

B-Metro Reporter
IT was just after midnight when terror knocked—literally—at a Beitbridge home! Three men, armed and dangerous, stormed into a residence and unleashed chaos, demanding valuables at gunpoint.

Nkosi Nkomo (27), Majajama Ndlovu (24), and Hulisani Ndou (21) didn’t just want money—they wanted everything: a grey Lenovo laptop, hair clippers, a Samsung cellphone, and someone’s peace of mind!

But the trio’s crime spree came crashing down like a dodgy Wi-Fi signal after the complainant’s little brother in South Africa traced them via a stolen Vodacom phone. Police moved in fast, netting the robbers while two of their crew vanished into the night.

The not-so-smooth criminals, according to the National Prosecuting Authority of Zimbabwe (NPAZ) were slapped with 12 years behind bars, with five years suspended for restitution. But make no mistake—they’ll be chilling behind bars for a decade!

CID detectives also recovered a hammer, a pistol, torches, and other items used in the break-in.
Street lesson?
Crime doesn’t pay—but it will cost you your freedom!
