Mascline Makore, Jessica Munenzou and Nyasha Chadete ganged up on their co-worker, Christabel Mutamurwa, at a hair salon in Harare, accusing her of working to ensure they would be dismissed.
Mutamurwa was granted a peace order against the trio after convincing the court that they had been abusing her.
“They teamed up against me, punched and kicked accusing me of gossiping about them with the shop owner.
“Munenzou threatened me with a scissors and cut me on my left hand, neck, and stomach.
“They said I was selfish and did not care about their livelihood.
“Sometime ago, Makore broke a glass in my hand and attacked me with a fork before locking me outside the salon,” claimed Mutamurwa.

In response Munenzou claimed Mutamurwa provoked her.
“She attacked me first and my friends intervened. She claimed we bullied her.
“She is the one who assaulted me and I only defended myself.
“I reported the matter and she was arrested and spent days in police custody and she wants revenge,” said Munenzou.
Magistrate Meenal Narotam found out that the trio was falsifying their defence and urged them to maintain peace.(hmetro)
