Oh sorry sweetie lol! I do not know if you realise that not one woman is born able to wear heels. Everyone has to learn my dear and it takes time. Some of us learnt when we were younger, others when we were older, but we had to learn. So why am I laughing, well because I went through a similar issue with heels when I was first introduced to them. It is not easy and people laughed at me for many days until I managed.
You do not have to go through that though. Listen whether you have mateya (rickets) or not, you will still be able to wear high heels, it just depends on the heel height.
You know what my dear, people will always treat you the way you treat yourself. If you walk with confidence and pride, people will not have a reason to laugh at you. But if you act unsure and you are unstable when you are walking, people will see it and react.
Many men love to see their women wearing heels and there is nothing wrong with that.
In fact, women look so good in heels, I wish every woman would wear heels now and again (not every day).
So what you need to do is start slowly. You cannot go from wearing flat shoes to high heels, you need to go up gradually. So buy a heel that is maybe two-inch high, then when you are comfortable, buy a heel that is two-inch and when you are comfortable go higher.
To get comfortable you need to walk with your back straight and you knees slightly bend at first. You cannot walk with heels the same way that you walk on flat heels, it will not work. When you wear heels especially the first time you have to walk slowly and deliberately.
Take your time and lift your feet. I do not mean marching. But you cannot drag you feet on the floor when you are wearing heels.
Also you need to know that different leg sizes suit different heels shapes. So some people cannot wear thin heels, so they wear what we call Platform heels which are thicker and more solid to stand in.
Some people do not feel safe wearing heels with straps, they need a full shoe on their heels, and vice a versa. You need to figure out what suits you and what you feel more comfortable wearing.
Now as for your husband buying you shoes – that is very nice of him. Not many men buy their wives shoes. So you need to try and walk in them, even if it is just for a short time. I can see that you are not happy with the shape of your legs.
Your know what dear, many women are not happy with their leg shapes, but you need to get used to the fact that this is what you have.
My dear some people do not even have legs to complain about – you know! Let me tell you a small story. I was a top model for years , most of my photo shoots were my legs (they were perfectly shaped because I played sports). Then I broke my legs in a car accident, and because they were bandaged for months and then wires put in them, they now look like chicken legs on a milk bottle.
I used to cover them up for years, but now I realise that this is what I have now, these are my legs and I am going to appreciate them and treat them as if they are the greatest thing, you know what, because I could have lost them in the accident, then I would not have had legs to complain about. Point is my dear love yourself before you expect others to love you.
Also I believe your husband doe s not mind your mateya, he is marrying you right? So come on, start practising at home in private to walk in your shoes. Then when you are confident go out into the world and show off. I wish you luck my dear. If you really feel your mateya is bad, then wear clothes that are attractive but long. There are so many beautiful and fashionable outfits these days that cover a woman’s legs adequately.
Not everyone has to wear short clothes. But if you have to ear something shorter than normal, then put tights underneath or stockings (black), they will give your legs the illusion of being perfectly shaped. Also you can wear a skirt or a dress that is short on one leg, but long on the other leg, like a handkerchief. This will draw people’s eyes away from the middle of your legs to one side of your leg.
Finally, do not be so hard on yourself. I know people and their comments can be cruel, but that does not mean that you are not beautiful. You are gorgeous in the eyes of the one who created you, so start believing and living like it.
Well, that is it from me this week folks, have a blessed week.
