Did you know that heartbreaks are not only experienced in love relationships? Anyone can break your heart, your mother, father, best friend, cousin, grandmother, teacher, boss etc. So here is a little something for the heart broken.
Prayer is therapeutic. God knows your every problem he knows you are going through hard times but he can’t do anything about it if you haven’t invited him yet. Talk to God about it and you will experience change in your life, you start to feel your heart loosening.
He is the Holy Spirit our comforter, that is his duty to comfort you so what are you waiting for, just try him and you will tell us about it at the end of the day.
Forgiveness. The best way you can use to forget about someone and whatever it is that they did to you is to forgive. It is very important to forgive someone because it is more stressful thinking or planning on how to revenge or bring them down than just forgetting about them and start over again. Just let God deal with the person or situation.
Realise your value. Take a good look at yourself in the mirror and how much are you worth or you have never in your entire life taken time to get to know yourself. Ask yourself, while looking in the mirror, is he really worth my precious tears, is she worth my sacred tears. Know your value, how precious are you.
Realise that there is value in you and feel pity for them because they are the ones who missed out after all.
Move on with life. It is important to move on with life as difficult as it may seem.
Cry if you feel like it. Let all the pain out. Crying will help you get rid of all the bitterness you have and thereafter you will smoothly move on.
Remember the things behind you are never better than those to come. Your latter is much greater so move on quickly as possible to get there on time.
Keep yourself occupied until you have fully recovered.
Watch movies, read books, singing, dancing, go out with your friends, just keep your mind busy. Whatever you do make sure your brain is occupied.
Don’t play sorrowful music, you will keep crying for that same reason and daily to move on. If it’s music you have to listen the type of music that will help you get back up and move on with life .
You never know maybe it’s a blessing in disguise .Work hard in anything you do so that when they see you they know you are better off without them.
There is more to life because of petty issues you can overcome.
