A SALLY Mugabe Heights woman yesterday sought a protection order against her husband accusing him of wanting to take their maid as his second wife.
Media Kapfudza said her husband, Joseph Kapfudza, wanted to marry their 17-year-old maid because she can no longer conceive.
“He is my husband of 27 years, and he started dating our maid saying I have been giving him girls only, yet he wants boys.
“He wants to make our maid a wife in my house, and calls me a prostitute before forcing himself on me,” said Media.
Joseph denied all accusations and said Media had been cheating on him, and he had caught her red handed with a man.
“She has been cheating with this man for six months. I found out about her cheating after six months of no intimacy.
“She is my wife and I love her, but she is a big liar. She comes home at around 11pm. I only called her a prostitute twice after I caught her cheating,” said Joseph.
Magistrate Tamari Chibindi granted the protection order to Media and warned Joseph against issuing threats to her.
