Former United States president Joe Biden’s son will launch one billion $LAPTOP tokens and offer free coins to some investors who lost money on $TRUMP.
Hunter Biden is launching a memecoin called $LAPTOP, named after the infamous notebook that became the centre of a political scandal during the 2020 US presidential campaign, his X post has indicated.
The post features a video montage of media reports referencing the laptop and promotes a September 9 launch.
The device contained emails and financial records tied to the former US president’s son’s overseas business dealings, alongside explicit images and videos documenting his drug and alcohol use.
The token will launch on Coinbase’s Base network with a total supply of one billion coins, The Wall Street Journal reported on Monday. —BBC.
