The play is described as “an hilarious romp through Homer’s Iliad” and tells the story of the kidnap of the famous Helen, her long stay in the city of Troy and the 10-year was that followed her kidnapping.
“It’s an hilarious spoof of the classic story and will be enjoyed by audiences of all ages, especially during these school holidays when the search is on for excellent light entertainment,” said Ms Bolt.
Cast members include Meredith Render, Brendan Lawrence, Mufaro Myambo, Peter Blackburn, Comfort Myambo and many others.
The Hysterical History of the Trojan War has a short run, from Thursday April 12 to Saturday April 14, with 7pm performances each day and an additional matinee at 2.30pm on Saturday.
