Illicit brew kills Zimunya man

A 39-YEAR-OLD man died after he over-indulged in an illicit brew last Sunday.

Wilson Mutsetse’s body was seen in his room, while two bottles of the cane spirit were also recovered in the same room.

Manicaland provincial police spokesperson, Inspector Norbert Muzondo confirmed the matter which happened in Mutsetse Village.

“Wilson was holding two bottles of Teku Teku and had one too many before he was assisted to go home by his brother, Aaron Mutsetse. He was taken to the bedroom where he was assisted to sleep. Aaron later went to check on Wilson in his room and found his brother dead,” said Inspector Muzondo.

No foul play is suspected.
