I’M BATTLING MY DEMONS, CLAIMS ACTOR

H-Metro Reporter

Actor and film producer, Abiatha “Dr Franco” Mugadza, says he is fighting his own demons which have nothing to do with issues of love.

The actor was reported to have attempted to commit suicide, over marital challenges.

However, he says he has other problems troubling him.

He said he was working on a special project called ‘‘My Last Wish’’, which will be ready this month.

“The thing is I am fighting my own demons asinei ne love relationship or love life, and these things are strong.

“The moment I bottle them up, it consumes me a lot and I can’t tell anyone.

Zvekuti ndasiyana nemudzimai people should mind their business.

“It’s someone from where I was working, someone microwaved my story and made it theirs,” said Dr Franco.

The actor said his problems worsened when he left Patsime in June.

“I have started fighting for my name. I am no longer working with Patsime Trust, I left in June this year after my contract expired and moved on. I am loved and happy. I love my family and whenever we have a dispute, we know who to talk to, and not these so-called workmates, ma Jeepers creepers aya,” he said.

Dr Franco said doors were also opening for him.

“Good opportunities are coming my way. I thank God kuti nyaya iyi inyuchi yamhara pamusana wenzou, and nzou haimiswe naizvozvo, never.

“I am working on my new project ‘My Last Wish’ which should be out on December 25, if all goes according to plan.

“I have been posting some extracts from the movie on my social media platforms.

“Some of the extracts have depression scenes. There is also another project ‘Escapades-Seed of Malice,’ in which I am the lead character.”

Dr Franco hailed fellow actors, Robbie Chiyama, Brian Kugara and Cleo Mashingaidze, for their support.
