SCORES of people thronged Jeremiah Sakupwanya’s farm in Watsomba, where an unforgettable evening of music, celebration and unity unfolded.
It was not an everyday occurrence that one witnessed Jah Prayzah, Killer T, Enzo Ishall and Dorcas Moyo sharing one stage without an entry fee.
The star-studded performances put the perfect icing on the cake after a historic trophy parade that had started earlier in the day at around 10am in Mutare.
What made the event truly special was the diversity of the crowd.
Jah Prayzah’s loyal fans stood shoulder to shoulder with those of Killer T, Enzo Ishall and Dorcas Moyo, coupled with die-hard Scottland FC supporters.
Football met music, youths blended with elders, and urban culture merged seamlessly with rural charm.
The event, hosted at the farm of the father of Scottland FC owner, Scott Sakupwanya, was free of charge, and kicked off in the evening, drawing multitudes eager to be part of a once-in-a-lifetime entertainment experience.
The Castle Lager Premiership champions, Scottland FC, who are taking their trophy on a parade countrywide, descended on Mutare, kicking off their celebrations at a local hotel, which served as the meeting point for supporters from all walks of life.
From there, the outdoor party spilled onto Herbert Chitepo Street as fans lined the roads, cheering and waving as the champions passed by.
The procession made its way to Mutare Polytechnic before the cavalcade of sleek SUVs rolled through Sakubva, Dangamvura and Chikanga.

Leading the colourful procession was the Zimbabwe Prisons Band, whose vibrant brass melodies set the tone for the day.
Thousands of fans followed on foot and in vehicles, chanting club slogans and carrying placards emblazoned with messages such as: ‘Scotland FC Says No To Drugs’.
Mutare came to a virtual standstill as football and music lovers claimed the streets, turning the city into one massive carnival.
Sakubva, in particular, hosted its biggest crowd in many years, evoking memories of historic gatherings that once defined the township.
Long after the convoy had passed, the buzz lingered as people eagerly anticipated the evening entertainment that awaited them in Watsomba.
Despite the final venue not being clearly stated on posters that circulated widely on social media, hundreds of Scotland FC faithful, along with fans of the performing artistes, made their way to the farm.
True to word-of-mouth directions, they arrived at what was unmistakably a farm, transformed for one night into a sprawling entertainment arena.
As night fell, Jah Prayzah took centre stage and delivered a masterclass in live performance.
Backed by his band, he fused traditional instruments with modern sounds, captivating the crowd with both old favourites and new hits.
His commanding stage presence and flawless choreography drew massive sing-alongs, with fans waving their hands and phones in the air as his music echoed across the open fields.
Killer T followed with a gritty, high-octane set that sent energy levels soaring.
His street anthems struck a chord with the crowd, particularly the youths, who responded with wild cheers and non-stop dancing.
Enzo Ishall kept the tempo high, injecting youthful vibrancy into the night with his infectious hooks and catchy choruses, turning the farm into a pulsating dance floor.
Dorcas Moyo provided a soulful contrast, her powerful gospel-infused vocals bringing moments of calm and reflection amid the revelry.
Her performance resonated deeply with sections of the crowd, creating a spiritual connection that complemented the festive mood of the night.
Throughout the evening, the atmosphere was electric. Smoke from braai stands curled into the night sky as families and friends shared meals, laughter and drinks. People partied responsibly, danced freely and soaked in the rare opportunity to enjoy top-tier entertainment without paying a cent.
