HIGHLANDERS head coach, Kelvin Kaindu has said he hopes that they will be able to travel with a fully fit squad ahead of their match-week three clash against GreenFuel at GreenFuel Arena on Saturday.

Despite not revealing the names of players who picked up niggles from their previous game against Kwekwe United at home, Kaindu said some have begun light training and will be assessed during their final training session.

“So far so good in terms of our preparation. We just hope that some of our few players that were on the injury list and those that picked up minor knocks on the last game will be fit for the game that we are playing on Saturday.

“Some are doing light training and we just hope that today (Thursday), as we do our last training session, they will be available for selection. We are, however, limited in terms of players that are available for the Saturday game,” said Kaindu.

Bosso have had to play their opening two matches with a thin squad due to a transfer ban by FIFA – which has since been lifted – and injuries.

Kaindu seems uncertain whether they will be able to register new players on time for their Saturday game. – @brandon_malvin
