HWANGE fans of popular dancehall star, Killer T, had no option but to entertain themselves after the artiste failed to show up for his show in the coal-mining town last Friday. According to show organisers, Becks 07, Killer T’s vehicle encountered mechanical problems in Kwekwe while on his way to Hwange forcing him to return to Harare. As a result, he could not make it for the show.
“We would like to apologise to our fans in Hwange and Matabeleland for failing to make it for our debut show in Hwange last Friday.
“Our car had a breakdown just a few kilometers from Kwekwe. It took us some time to fix it and proceeding to Hwange became impossible,” DJ Bima, Killer T’s manager said.
Bima assured fans of the artiste that Killer T would perform in their town next month.
“Our Hwange fans should be assured that we have already arranged with Becks for a makeup show on a date to be announced in October,” he said.
The artiste, who is popular for his Popopopo chant, was scheduled to perform at the Tennis Club with DJ Nospa, Prezha Manager, Bhadila and MC Joseph on Friday evening.
