THIRTY-THREE division managers from a hi-tech tobacco and agricultural research hub, Kutsaga, are undergoing a two-day high-performance training programme to cultivate excellence in the agricultural sector.

Speaking at the opening ceremony yesterday, Kutsaga chief executive officer, Dr Frank Magama said the training began a transformative journey to propel the institution and agricultural research forward.

The training programme builds upon the organisation’s ongoing transformation efforts and seeks to equip participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to drive high performance.

“We must continue to push boundaries, innovate and strive for excellence in all we do,” he said.

“Let us learn from each other, challenge ourselves, and have fun along the way. Together, we can achieve greatness and make our organisation a beacon of excellence in the industry.”
