She’s taking the Mighty Warriors spirit to the continent!

Sithethelelwe “Kwinji 15” Sibanda, the fearless boss of Zimbabwe’s Mighty Warriors, has landed in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, where she’s rubbing shoulders with Africa’s top female football brains at a high-level CAF Women Instructors’ Development Workshop.

The no-nonsense coach is flying the Zim flag high in this elite training bootcamp that’s bringing together top women instructors from across Africa for an intense mix of theory, drills, and coaching secrets.

The week-long workshop — which wraps up Friday — is part of CAF’s mission to supercharge women’s football on the continent, and Kwinji 15 is right at the heart of it!

From online learning to hands-on sessions, the programme is grooming a new generation of football educators, and Sibanda is being prepped to lead from the front.

ZIFA hailed her involvement, saying it marks a “key phase” in uplifting the women’s game locally and beyond.

Could Kwinji’s new knowledge be the spark to ignite a new era for the Mighty Warriors?
