Lashbrook appointed NatFoods boss

NATIONAL Foods Holdings Limited (NFHL) has appointed Mr Micheal Lashbrook as its chief executive officer effective January 1, 2015.

Mr Lashbrook replaces Mr Jeremy Brookes who left the agri-industrial concern in October last year to pursue other interests.

Prior to his new appointment as the company’s chief, Mr Lashbrook has been NFHL’s chief operations officer, a position he held since 2008.

His entire career has been in the agricultural and agri-industrial sectors, including a role as a production director in export horticulture and integrated wholesale beef operation before joining NFHL.

“NFHL looks forward to benefiting from Micheal’s leadership and wishes him every success in his new position,” NFHL said in a statement today.

Mr Lashbrook, born in Zimbabwe, is a holder of a B.Sc in Agriculture from the University of Natal and an MBA from University of Southern Queensland.
