Madam Boss makes the best of American visit

MADAM Boss continues to make her stay in Los Angeles a memorable one as she attended the latest Miguel Nunez shoe launch event.

Nunez is an American actor and launched the Miguel Shoe in Hollywood on Saturday.

At the international dinner night on Friday, Madam Boss had the opportunity to interact with the likes of Ghanaian comedian Micheal Blackson, Torrei Hart, Jill Marie Jones and Golden Brooks from the Girlfriends TV show.

Last night, she attended the BET Awards in Los Angeles. It was a big night for her as she was in the presence of superstars like Usher, Will Smith, Lauryn Hill, YG Marley, Ice Spice, Tyla, GloRilla, Latto, Muni Long, Sexyy Red, Shaboozey, Victoria Monét and Tanner Adell.

Madam Boss has rubbed shoulders with the likes of Cardi B, Davido, Gunna, the Roots, Common and Queen Latifah, who are global superstars in the musical industry.

The BET Awards are aimed at celebrating achievements in entertainment as well as recognising strides in music, sports, television, and movies.

Drake led the nominations and was up for Album of the Year nod for his album “For All the Dogs,” Music Video of the Year with “First Person Shooter,” which was a collaboration with J. Cole.

Nicki Minaj had six nominations, including for Album of the Year. Cole, Sexyy Red, SZA and Victoria Monét had five nominations while 21 Savage, Beyoncé, Doja Cat, Megan Thee Stallion, Tyla and Usher had four nominations each.

Usher was set to be handed the Lifetime Achievement award — one of the highest honours at the BET Awards. It was given to Busta Rhymes at last year’s ceremony while Sean “Diddy” Combs took the award the previous year. -H Metro
