following the fifth postponement of the politician’s bail application on charges of murdering a senior police officer in Harare.
The wife’s face changed after Justice Mary Zimba-Dube deferred the proceedings to Wednesday next week to allow defence lawyer Mr Gift Mutisi to file an additional affidavit by MDC-T spokesperson Mr Douglas Mwonzora to prove that Madzore was not on the run.
The lawyer is expected to serve the State and the court with some video clips to prove that at the time the police claim Madzore was on the run, he was actually attending public gatherings.

Some women unsuccessfully tried to calm her down until Mr Mwonzora and the lawyer explained the advantages for the production of the evidence to her in front of the main entrance to the High Court.
After the talks with Mr Mwonzora and Mr Mutisi, the two women could be seen wiping off their tears and leaving the court premises in the company of sympathisers.
Madzore and six others have been denied bail on two occasions by the High Court and another bid to seek release at the Supreme Court failed again after the superior court discovered that the suspects had flouted the procedure of appeal.
On four other occasions, the High Court has postponed the fresh bail bid of Madzore alone on changed circumstances.
The suspects are being accused of murdering Inspector Petros Mutedza in Glen View early this year.
