Will he move or not?

ON-loan Golden Arrows midfield talisman Kudakwashe Mahachi says he is eagerly awaiting his parent club Mamelodi Sundowns to advise him of his next move as South Africaas Absa Premiership 2015/2016 season has reached fever pitch.

Mahachi, a Zimbabwean international, was loaned for a season to Arrows by Sundowns after winning his case against the latter in September last year.

The Zimbabwean forward had taken the Brazilians to Mzansi PSLas powers-that-be in a bid to get his clearance due to a lack of game-time at Chloorkop.

a?While the 2015/2016 season is coming to an end, I canat wait to be advised on my next move by Mamelodi Sundowns. I think I played to the best of my ability at Golden Arrows where I was on loan. Arrows is a good team and I was still settling well but I have a running contract with Sundowns who automatically have a say on my next move,a? said Mahachi in an interview from his base in Durban.

a?All what I need is to play regularly like what I have done at Golden Arrows. I think that will help me further improve as a player,a? added the former Chicken Inn and Bantu Rovers footie who boasts of three league and one cup goal at Abafana Besathende.

Asked if he would consider permanently joining Golden Arrows the Mzilikazi raised former Zimbabwe youth international said it was up to Arrows to engage Amasandawana.

a?I can always stay put at Golden Arrows but it will be up to the club to approach Sundowns. I played regularly and enjoyed my game time at Arrows. However, as the season is drawing to an end I will not feature much in Arrows colours as our coach has insisted on giving youngsters some game time,a? he said.

With Teko Modiseas bones getting long, Nkembe as Mahachi is affectionately known to his close associates, as been touted as an able direct replacement of Sundownsa midfield general and former Bafana Bafana key player.

A source close to the player to B Metro Sport that the Brazilians were highly considering to recall the Zimbabwean international.

a?He will be going back to Sundowns. His impressive stay at Golden Arrows has helped him a lot. He will be part of the Sundowns 2016/2017 season squad,a? said the impeccable source.

Turning to the Warriors 2017 Afcon campaign, Mahachi said there was a need for the nation to remain focused and united.

a?We are almost there. As a nation we need to remain focused and united. We have to beat Malawi in June to make sure that we qualify. Itas all up to us as a nation. The players are committed and against all odds it can be done,a? he said.

The Warriors are due to take on Malawi at home in their second from last group tie set for June.

Kallisto Pasuwaas mentored Warriors sit at the apex of Group L with eight points and they will conclude their campaign with an away tie against bogey side Guinea who recently doused the Malawi Flames in their own backyard.
