Candy Maine has released a track titled “Pokello” dedicated to Zimbabwean Big Brother — The Chase housemate Pokello Nare. Candy Maine, whose real name is Tinashe Shawn Magauze said he came up with the song as a way of appreciating the Big Brother reality star. “Society tends to focus much on the negative instead of the positive stuff which we can draw inspiration from and so I decided to pen this song.

“Like everyone else, Pokello is not a saint but the lady is doing her thing and that should be an inspiration to young women and other people,” he said.
The song is full of praises for Pokello whom the musician describes  as “the best” in terms of beauty.

“Well it’s not a secret that the lady is beautiful and that her beauty is also complemented with cash and I appreciate that,” said Candy Maine.
The song is part of the musician’s latest eight-track album “Mercury.com” which also has other interesting songs such as “Lovi Wami”, “Welo welo”, “Walemba” and others.

The album which also features Juntal as well as Nigerian Kenny Odih is the second by the artist who started his career as a hip-hop artist but has since switched to Afro pop. Candy Maine has already finished shooting videos for four of his songs on the latest album including “Pokello”.
