Majarira brothers on target

BLESSING Majarira continued with his fine form when he found the target again for ZIFA Northern Region Division One side Herentals as they dismissed Karoi United 2-1 at National Sports Stadium B Arena on Saturday.

Herentals are edging closer to the championship with each passing game and coach Kumbirai Mutiwekuziva appealed to his men to remain focused.

“The win come as a morale-booster for us and we are edging closer to the championship with each passing game.

“We are happy that we managed to beat a Karoi side that was doing well in their past games.

“The result will take us a long way and we look forward to continue winning matches.

“We are moving in the right direction and it was a tough match as Karoi put up a spirited performance,” said Mutiwekuziva.

The Majarira brothers — Blessing and Brighton — were on target for the leaders. Blessing struck in the 12th while his brother scored on the hour.
