The issue came to light when the boy’s mother returned and the boy told her what had happened.
The boy’s mother allegedly noticed some semen on the boy’s buttocks.
The matter was reported to the police, leading to Kwenda’s arrest.
The boy was taken to Beitbridge district hospital for medical examinations.
