A Harare woman appeared before the Harare Civil Court seeking a protection order against her husband whom she says always accuses her of murder and adultery.
Paulet Mutandwa said that her husband, Douglas Mabasa calls her with all sorts of names.

She told magistrate Meenal Naratom
“My husband is like Satan because his heart is very evil. He accuses me of killing his sister.
“He always sends voice notes saying that l am coming for you b***h and he should stop texting me and even calling me.
“My husband also accuses me of dating my sister-in-law’s husband,” she said.
In response, Douglas disputed the claims saying that his wife was a crook.
“She is not even ashamed of her manners and she is dating my sister’s husband.
“She is the one who killed my sister so that she would get the opportunity to be with him.
“Paulet once created a story that l had raped her and I was arrested but I later found out that they have a child together with my brother-in-law after we conducted a DNA.”
Magistrate Meenal granted Paulet a protection order.
