Man denies sex assault charges

from his girlfriend.
Prosecutor Ms Karen Kunaka proved that on December 22 last year, Chako approached his neighbour demanding to know why she came between him and his girlfriend.
The two had a heated argument and Chako allegedly grabbed the woman before sexually assaulting her.
Chako allegedly demanded sex from his neighbour before shouting obscenities.
The neighbour reported the matter to the police, leading to Chako’s arrest.
