Man ejaculates on stranger

A BULAWAYO man has told a court that he cannot control his “excessive” sexual desire, which forces him to ejaculate on any woman he meets.

Melusi Nyathi, 33, of Vundu Flats in Makokoba, masturbated on a woman’s leg and ejaculated down her thighs in a queue at a Western Union outlet.

He pleaded guilty to a charge of indecent assault when he appeared before Bulawayo provincial magistrate Evelyn Mashavakure yesterday.

Mashavakure remanded him in custody to today for community service sentencing.

“Your Worship, kuyangifikela, I just felt the urge to sleep with a woman and that’s what prompted me to join the queue and ejaculate on her,” said Nyathi.

He said he was on his way to buy goods for resale when he felt an overpowering urge to have sex.

Asked why he was not married, Nyathi told the court that it was his wish to get married one day.

Prosecuting, Magret Takawira told the court that on Saturday last week at around 2PM, the woman, who cannot be named for ethical reasons, was standing in a queue at Western Union along Fort Street and 10th Avenue intending to withdraw cash.

Nyathi was standing behind the woman in the same queue.

The court heard that without the woman’s knowledge, Nyathi removed his erect manhood from his trousers and rubbed it against the woman’s buttocks until he ejaculated on her left leg.

The court heard that the woman felt some movement and upon checking, she saw Nyathi’s manhood out of his trousers and semen flowing on her left leg.

“She confronted him and he started apologising before fleeing the scene and was later apprehended by members of the public,” said Takawira.

In mitigation, Nyathi pleaded with the court to fine him, saying he was looking after his blind mother.
