A creepy man from Bulawayoa��s Mpopoma suburb forced his 15-year-old nephew to watch him a�?lay the pipea�?.
He even went on to threaten him with death if he ever told anyone that he was forced to watch live sex with numerous women.
But Tinashe Bandaa�� deeds didna��t go unnoticed because the family reprimanded himA� but he ignored their pleas.
Now his mother Rosi Banda has approached the courts for assistance. In her application for a peace order, she indicated that her last born son brought girlfriends home for sex in the presence of her grandson.
a�?He brings girlfriends at home and sleeps with them in the presence of my grandson and threatens to kill him if he ever tells me what he does.
a�?Hea��s a problem whenever he gets drunk and says the house belongs to him by virtue of being the last child,a�? Rosi said.
She further stated that she didna��t have peace as her son disrespected her and was always threatening and chasing her out of the house.
Appearing before magistrate Stephen Ndhlovu, Tinashe responded to the accusations by asking for forgiveness.
a�?I am sorry for all wrongs I have done. I ask my mother to forgive me and I have also apologised to my nieces and nephews. I undertake not to bring girlfriendsa�� home,a�? said Tinashe.
Rosi made it clear before the court that Tinashe should be ordered not to bring girlfriends home as he shares the bedroom.
The presiding magistrate granted the peace order in her favour.
