Man prays for mumas death

Nhlalwenhle Ncube .
A MAN from Bulawayoas Nkulumane suburb is reportedly conducting daily prayers for the death of his mother and siblingsa so that he inherits the family house.

It is reported Keven Chikerema (39) cannot wait for the day to be a property owner and this can only happen after his motheras death.

His impatience has led him to opening up and telling his family that he wishes them dead.

Realising that he is capable of going an extra mile in seeing his wish come true, Maria Chikerema decided to seek a peace order against her son who has become a threat to her life.

In her application, Chikerema said, a?I am applying for a protection order against my son who damages household property accusing me of killing his father.

a?He insults me saying he is waiting for me to die and wishes other children to die in accidents so he inherits the house and enjoys life.a?

The woman stated that she was living in fear as she felt her life was in danger as her son could harm her if it happens that he finds her home alone.

She added that she had suffered a lot.

Last year she suffered a stroke because of her sonas harassment. Since then she has been on aA wheelchair.

Appearing before Western Commonage magistrate Stephen Ndlovu, Chikerema disputed the allegations.

a?I have never insulted her, but she gets angry when I reprimand my sisters saying I am troubling them,a? he said.

The presiding magistrate granted the peace order in favour of the complainant.
