A taxi driver is in trouble and living in fear as the husband of one of his customers took his footprints threatening to use supernatural powers to deal with him.

Nyasha Nyikadzinoas woes started after he became the favourite driver of Thomas Mhlangaas wife which never went down well with the husband.

It is reported that the jealous husband confronted Nyikadzino accusing him of having an illicit affair with his wife after he spotted the woman alighting from his vehicle.

It was the beginning of worse things as Mhlanga went on to demand Nyikadzinoas footprints saying he wanted to take them to his healer so he could a?fixa? him.

Since the day in question, Nyikadzino has been having sleepless nights and the fact that Mhlanga scooped his footprints, haunted him the most.

Nyikadzino said: a?It so happens that his wife always boards my taxi when she goes to Entumbane Complex to send goods to her rural home and I usually drop her at D Square and at times when she pays one dollar extra I drop her at Entumbane Complex. I am shocked that Mhlanga is now accusing me of having an affair with his wife.

a?He threatens me with unspecified harm and he took my footprints saying he was taking the soil to his traditional healer and even after getting it he never stopped bothering me,a? said Nyikadzino.

Nyikadzino also revealed that Mhlanga was traumatising him by sending him texts and paying surprise visits to his home to beat him up.

In response, Mhlanga confirmed the allegations saying: a?Nyikadzino used to be my close friend and he had an affair with my wife. Though my wife admitted and apologised, I was hurt, therefore I went to his house to speak to his wife.a?

The presiding magistrate Tancy Dube granted the order in favour of applicant and Mhlanga is not supposed to stalk the applicant, communicate with him in any way, verbally and physically abuse applicant and go to his house.
