Man U sign with Mexican bank

MANCHESTER — Manchester United has added Mexican banking group INVEX to its global array of sponsors. The four-year deal gives INVEX the rights to produce United-branded credit cards in Mexico, where the club says it has 24 million followers. United, which features Mexico striker Javier Hernandez in its squad, recently won the English league title for a record-extending 20th time.

The bank deal will help United hit its 2012-13 target of generating more than £350 million in revenue. — AP.
