For several years they have stayed with their brother, not because they want to, but because they have no option.
Paulinah Tshuma made shocking revelations that her eldest son Boyd Ncube (31) disciplines his younger sister and brother with an axe.
Whenever they have misunderstandings Ncube reportedly beats them using the handle of the axe then threatens to use the axe to kill them, forcing them to behave in a manner that pleases him.
Tshuma finally decided to seek help from the courts so she could get rid of her abusive son and have peaceful days without fear of her children being killed.
“I am staying with my family in a one-roomed house. My eldest son is married and he is violent. He is always fighting with his younger brother and sister using an axe so they are now afraid to stay in the same house with him,” said Tshuma.
She further revealed that her son was in the habit of threatening to kill everyone in the house.
“I am afraid that he can end up doing something bad to the family as he always says that he wants to finish everyone and kill himself,” said Tshuma.
Though Ncube is a grown man with a family of his own, efforts to get him out of the house have been fruitless.
“I want the court to help me by giving him a peace order to get out of the house. He is now old and he has a wife and child,” said Tshuma.
Western Commonage magistrate Stephen Ndlovu granted an interim order.
