IN a bid to fix his ex-wife and her newly found man, a Njube-based man has been reportedly paying them surprise night visits and causing chaos by breaking the gate, smashing windows with bricks and threatening to kill the couple.
As if that was not enough drama, the man also insults and assaults the couple.
Prosper Zimende does all this to fix his ex-wife Sithelo Ndhlovu who has moved on with her life and is in a relationship with a new man. Zimende goes to his ex-wife’s home where upon arrival, he makes it clear he is still bitter and is on a mission.
Though he arrives at Ndhlovu’s place pretending to have come to collect his child, his actions prove otherwise.
Following his unbecoming behaviour, his ex-wife decided to ban him from coming to her place. Ndhlovu made it clear that Zimende was not welcome at her home and they had to have an arrangement whenever he wanted the child. “I have a problem with my ex-husband as he comes to my house to insult and assault me and my man in front of the child.
“It is common knowledge to both our families that we are no longer together or married. Since I entered into a new relationship he has been coming to the house and threatening to kill me and my man. He claims to be coming to collect the child but when he does so he causes chaos by insulting and assaulting us. He has already broken the gate and breaks windows by throwing bricks. We live in fear for our lives and that is why I am seeking a protection order,” said Ndhlovu.
In response, Zimende disputed the allegations saying: “I do not remember making noise. I only go to her house because I want my child.”
Magistrate Urgent Vundla granted the order.
