a�?I charge R1 500 ($125) for a cream tube if the client wants to enlarge their penis but when they suffer from erectile dysfunction the complete set (cream+pills) cost slightly more,a�? she said.
Here is the catch a�� there is no set time frame for how the creams a�?worka�? from one client to the other.
a�?The cream is 100 percent herbal and has no known side effects one has to use it for a month and half at least for results but this varies from client to client. An individual can choose to stop using the cream once they are satisfied with the results,a�? she added.
In other words, one can use the cream for a year and see no results.
