A BULAWAYO male nurse got himself in trouble by fondling a patienta��s breasts and buttocks a�?in the name of lovea�?.
The daring nurse allegedly proposed love to a patient who was admitted to the Pettigrew Ward at the United Bulawayo Hospitals (UBH).
The nurse allegedly exploited the opportunity to prey on the patient. He first waited to be alone with the patient before allegedly pouring his heart outA� proposing love to her.
Tayedza Kangara (38) has since appeared before Bulawayo magistrate Franklin Mkhwananzi charged with indecent assault as defined in Section 67 of the Criminal Law Codification and Reform Act Chapter 9:23. According to court papers, the complainant turned down the proposal. Instead of taking it like a man, the accused persisted citing he wanted to see the a�?bed riddena�� patient privately at a secluded place.
Feeling insecure and sensing danger, the patient decided to record the conversation using her mobile phone.
Kangara allegedly continued with his antics telling the patient to move away from the bed to come to a secluded place where he could surely show her real love.
The complainant refused but Kangara pounced on her, fondling her breasts and buttocks propelling the complainant to scream attracting the attention of other nurses as the accused fled from the scene. The complainant narrated her ordeal to the Sister- In- Charge who reported the matter to the police leading to the accuseda��s arrest.
