Manica Diamonds administrator’s emotive farewell message

FOUNDING Manica Diamonds administrator Owen ‘Yaya’ Sango, who has resigned because of ‘personal reasons’, penned an emotional farewell message that reflects his deep sense of commitment and affection to the project.
In his farewell Message, Sango wrote: “To All Manica Diamonds FC stakeholders, after seven remarkable years with MDFC, I am writing to formally announce that I have stepped down from my role as the administrator. This decision was not made lightly, and it comes with a profound sense of gratitude and reflection.
“Serving this great club has been an immense honor and privilege. I am truly grateful for the support and collaboration of all stakeholders—our dedicated management team, coaching staff, players, sponsors, partners, and the passionate fans who have been the heartbeat of Manica Diamonds FC. Your unwavering commitment has been instrumental in the progress and success we have achieved together.
“I want to express my deepest appreciation to each of you for your trust, cooperation, and shared vision throughout my tenure. It has been truly inspiring to witness the collective effort and passion that make this club so special. I am confident that, with your continued support, Manica Diamonds FC will reach even greater heights in the future.”
Sango expressed hope that the club he dearly served and loved will prosper.
“As I move forward to new challenges, I will always cherish the experiences and memories shared at Manica Diamonds FC. I leave with a deep sense of pride in what we have accomplished together and the legacy we have built.
“Thank you once again for your incredible support and for making my time at the club so rewarding. I wish Manica Diamonds FC every success in the years to come,” wrote Sango.
