Mapogo academy conduct trials

AMBITIOUS newly-formed academy Mapogo have today (Friday) started conducting trials to begin the quest of assembling Unde-13, 15 and 17 teams.
Mapogo FC, owned and run by chief executive Learnmore Mukando, has plans to bring a new dimension to professional running of youth football academy.
Mukando, who is based in the diaspora, said: “Starting on Friday (tomorrow) we will be hosting our trials at Zamba Primary School in Sakubva. We are calling on all Under 13, 15 and 17 players who believe they are have what it takes to come and showcase their talents. This is not just a kickabout but a real opportunity to make a great future out of the game of football.”
Mapogo FC has leach coach by Tatenda Jambo, and in its formation Makando joined hands with fellow diaspora based colleagues Solomon Saungweme and Wish more Pahla who also trace their roots to the eastern border city.
