Sungura musician Mark Ngwazi has appointed Rams Auto, a notable figure on the local entertainment scene, as the new manager of his Njanja Express band.
The change comes on the heels of the exit of veteran guitarist Obert Mangani, who also managed the band.

In a social media post, Ngwazi praised Rams for his extensive experience in the industry, highlighting his proven management skills and passion for music.
“Rams will play a key role in guiding our band’s strategic direction, overseeing bookings, events, and stakeholder relations,” Ngwazi remarked, expressing optimism about the future with Rams at the helm.
Meanwhile, Mangani, affectionately known as Father Ten Years, is shifting his focus towards promoting his personal brand on social media.
This transition has sparked speculation about a potential solo project.
Mangani has been pivotal is Ngwazi’s recent projects – playing lead, rhythm and bass guitars on most songs.
Although Mangani’s departure leaves a void, Ngwazi has, within his ranks, other talented guitarists including Donald Gogo, Wirts Katogo and Titus ‘Tito Lokilo’ Vinyu.
