A HARARE woman’s marriage is on the rocks amid cheating allegations.

Netsai Mutasa approached the Harare Civil Court yesterday seeking a protection order against her husband, Gabriel Mutasa.

The application was however, dismissed for lack of merit. Netsai claimed that her husband was abusive.

“My husband assaults and insults me,” she said.

But, Gabriel denied the allegations and argued that he caught Netsai three times in bed with different men.

Gabriel stated that Netsai lied about their son’s paternity.

“Someone approached me saying that my son was not mine.

“As we speak my son is not home, he was taken to his father’s house.

“The painful thing is that for years I have been paying his school fees,” he said. Magistrate Tamara Chibindi told Netsai that she had no evidence to prove her claims.
