Mayor lauds Allied Bank

meant to alleviate accommodation problems for Zimbabweans.
“This initiative has helped us to improve our lives and alleviate accommodation problems. It must not stop but continue to reach high density suburbs. We are exceedingly happy and glad to be the first beneficiary of the ZAHA project which is still growing and spreading its wings,” he said.
Mr Zinyemba said the project would earn itself more land and financial support from various corporates.
“We know such an exercise needs more land but we are sure that the brilliant project will earn more land through different channels. We need our citizens to be house owners and help reduce poverty and accommodation woes,” he said.
He challenged the Government to support the programme.
“We work for people to get satisfactory services all the time but this can only be achieved if our Government and the corporate world join hands and support the programme,” he said.
ZAHA director Mr Killer Zivhu concurred with Mr Zinyemba.
“We have embarked on a serious mission that will benefit many Zimbabweans.”
