FORMER Highlanders midfielder McKinnon Mushore has thanked Bosso’s huge support base for enhancing his football career.

Mushore is now on the books of Zvishavane-based FC Platinum, who are under the guidance of Joel “Dubai” Luphahla.

The club recently parted ways with Norman Mapeza, who is now on the books of defending league champions Scottland FC.

“Dear Highlanders Football Club management, technical team and the huge support base (the fans). It is with great pleasure to announce my departure from the big and respectable club, Highlanders Football Club. Thank you for the opportunity that you gave me from junior policy (Bosso 90) up to the senior team, the faith you had in me in granting that opportunity up to this moment when I’m parting ways with the club. My skills improved under your leadership and your support is greatly appreciated in many ways I can’t express.”

He added: “To the lovely and amazing Bosso fans that never disappoint, I am very grateful for your immeasurable support, passion and belief in me. Your unwavering support gave me courage, confidence and beautiful memories at Barbourfields Stadium. You are greatly appreciated. May it not end with me but also with others in this journey of football. I love and appreciate you greatly.”
