adminIn an interview, Mhungu said his album features McDonald Chidavayenzi and Bethan Pasinawako.
“Ndoriparidza Chete is a 12-track album that I did with the help of award-winning producer Mcdonald Chidavayenzi and an award-winning gospel artiste Bethan Pasinawako,” he said.
Mhungu said the album has a message that is meant for the youths to give their lives to Jesus Christ.
“I did this album with youths in mind as most of them are now into drugs and alcohol and the message that is in the album is meant to help them move away from such evil things,” he said.
Mhungu said the album is worth listening to as he got a lot of input from seasoned musicians Chidavayenzi and Pasinawako.
“I only began singing last year but my music is more mature and this was made possible by the help of McDonald and Bethan who took their time to help me record this album,” he said.
Mhungu said he is doing some live shows as a way of promoting his latest album.
“I want people to hear what I have in store for them and already I have begun doing live shows.
“On Monday I had a show in Bulawayo and a lot of people really enjoyed the music and I hope to go to other cities as I am based in Harare,” he said.
Mhungu said he is already working on a video for the album and hopes it would be ready by next month.
“I am already shooting videos of some of my songs and I hope that fans will get the videos by January next year,” he said.
Mhungu said some of the songs that are found on his album are Ndaterera, Jobho, Nzira Dzangu and Ndibate Ruoko.
