Rumbidzayi Zinyuke in Beira, Mozambique
Special Advisor to the President on Monitoring Implementation of Government Programmes, Dr Joram Gumbo, is in Beira, Mozambique, to assess ongoing rehabilitation works at key Zimbabwean properties.
The visit covers inspection of infrastructure upgrades at the Zimbabwean Chancery, the Consul’s residence, and sacred shrines where liberation war heroes are buried in various provinces.

The projects form part of efforts to preserve historical sites and improve diplomatic facilities abroad.
Dr Gumbo’s mission aligns with the Government’s broader goal of maintaining national heritage and strengthening service delivery for Zimbabweans in the diaspora.
