Missing elderly women found dead just 100 metres from each other in suspected murder cases

TWO women who were missing were found lifeless in a bushy area in Chegutu, both of them with deep cuts on the head.

In a statement on X, police appealed for information surrounding the death of Sekai Antonio (59) and Alice Zhuwao (54) which occurred at Stockdale Farm, Chegutu on 8 September.The two victims had been reported missing on 6 September in Pfupajena, Chegutu before their bodies were found lying lifeless in the bushes within Stockdale Farm. Sekai’s body had a deep cut on the head and bruises all over her body while Alice’s body was found 100 metres away from that of Sekai with a deep cut on the head. The bodies of the victims were ferried to Chegutu Hospital mortuary for post mortem.
