THE Government of Zimbabwe is intensifying its support for village business units as part of commitment to empowering rural communities.

In Ward 10 of the Chivi North constituency, the Mazanhi village has inaugurated a nutritional garden, fully funded and equipped by the Government under the Presidential scheme. This initiative aims to enhance food security and improve the livelihoods of local farmers.

Approximately 50 farmers in Mazanhi village are set to benefit from this scheme, which is aligned with the nation’s Vision 2030 goals of achieving economic growth and sustainable development.

The establishment of the nutritional garden not only provides essential resources but also fosters community collaboration and resilience in the face of economic challenges.
