ZIMBABWEAN international defender, Alec Mudimu, has joined Welsh Premier League side Caernarfon.

Mudimu’s move comes more than six months after he became a free agent.

This followed his departure from Nations League side Altrincham at the end of February.

He only made two appearances for the team, which plays in England’s fifth-tier league.

Before joining Altrincham, Mudimu had an unsuccessful six-month spell in Georgia, with FC Torpedo Kutaisi.

In June, he trained with Polish Second Division club, GKS Tychy, but failed to land a contract.

Mudimu is not new to the Welsh top-flight, as he made more than 60 appearances, during a three-year stint with Cefn Druids.

He scored 12 times at Cefn Druids.
