PHILANTHROPIST Mudiwa Hood is getting some love for the way he has stuck with the task of helping troubled singer Paradzai Mesi.
Last Friday, the musician paid a year’s rentals for a four-bedroomed house in Harare where Paradzai Mesi, his wife and his seven children will be settled.
The house will be fully furnished before the Mesi family move in.
They have been staying in a thatched house in Glendale.
Mudiwa announced he would also help Mesi’s children enrol at a nearby school.
The space at the house also allows the Mesi family to use the space for a market gardening venture.
“Dear Zimbabwe, as I promised, I have delivered!
“I feel proud to put a smile on my big brother Mesi, ndiMudhara wedu…

“Zimbabwe, thank you for helping this man, from the deepest part of my heart thank you for loving him again.
“This is Papa Paradzai Mesi new home.
“At least for the next 12 months, 1 year rent paid! I am not at liberty to share exact location but it is in Harare.”
The post generated loads of praises for the flamboyant singer, who has been on Mesi’s side, since the beginning of his recent troubles, which saw him being arrested for a reported break-in at a tuck-shop.
Mudiwa has also called for more well-wishers to contribute in changing Mesi’s life for good.
“Let us show this man that the God he sang, has remembered him fully!!
“Do good for no reason, be nice for no price!
“Many thanks to those who sent their money through different platforms, May God richly bless you,” said Mudiwa.
He said the next step would be to help Mesi start staging live shows, including in foreign countries.

“By blessing you, Mudiwa, God sowed a seed of genuine compassion and generosity. You are a shining beacon in a world characterised by hatred and selfishness. You have already shown the possibility of love even in situations where accolades do not matter. I sincerely hope the recipient will pluck a leaf from your gestures to show greater love to his family, himself and others. Stay abundantly blessed, unsung superhero, Mudiwa.”
