Mukamba joins Jomo Cosmos

FORMER Dynamos midfielder Denver Mukamba has joined Jomo Cosmos who were recently promoted back into the South Africa Premier Soccer League. The club confirmed signing the Zimbabwean midfielder on their website yesterday.

The 22-year-old arrives from fellow Premier Soccer League side Bidvest Wits, having spent the last season on loan at University of Pretoria.

The former DeMbare player has not been able to realise his full potential at Wits due to limited game time but he had a fine season at Tuks where he made 11 league starts in 18 appearances.

Cosmos also confirmed that star striker Charlton Mashumba was back from trials in Portugal, and that he would be staying with Ezenkosi this season. — Sports Reporter/Supersport.
