FOLLOWING the success of their song Sadza Nemhiripiri, corporate lawyer-cum-musician, Mukoma Panga, will rekindle his chemistry with Chipoko ChaSauro.
The two will release two songs called Copy & Paste and Ghetto Kwedu this weekend.
Despite the negativity on social media that Chipoko ChaSauro is a Soul Jah Love copycat, Mukoma Panga is not moved.
He described his relationship with the young artist as pure chemistry between them.
“I started working with Chipoko ChaSauro last year when I invited him to feature on my song Sadza Nemhiripiri.
“We just clicked, there was musical chemistry between us in the studio from day one.
“I did not think twice when Chipoko ChaSauro approached me looking for assistance to record his two singles,” he said.
Mukoma Panga said he assisted him by settling studio expenses.
“I picked up the phone and called Cymplex whom I highly regard as a producer and booked studio time.
“Chipoko is talented and he just nailed it. It was very exciting assisting him on his two singles.
“Those saying he is a copycat should mind their own business. Tuku once sang that if you want to copy someone kopa dhoiri rine pattern yakanaka. Haukopi dofo.
