WARRIORS midfielder Marshall Munetsi is set to join Paris FC on loan for the remainder of the season, according to reports from France and the United Kingdom.

The 29-year-old Zimbabwe international has reportedly agreed personal terms with the Ligue 1 side and is expected to complete the move after undergoing a medical in the coming days.

Munetsi is poised for a return to French football less than a year after switching to the English Premier League. He previously built a strong reputation during his time at Reims, where his performances earned him a move to Wolverhampton Wanderers.

However, his spell at Wolves has been challenging. The midfielder has been sidelined since early December after sustaining a calf injury, and during his absence, the club has enjoyed an improved run of form under head coach Rob Edwards, pushing Munetsi further down the pecking order.

Paris FC will reportedly cover Munetsi’s full salary for the duration of the loan and has also paid Wolves a loan fee. The agreement does not include an option to buy.
