A FINE unbeaten 46 from Tarisai Musakanda powered Rimuka to a seven-wicket victory over Queens Sports Club in their NPL T20 Blast match at Kwekwe Sports Club on Sunday.
Rimuka held the upper hand throughout, as Queens never recovered from losing their first three wickets for 28 runs – two of them to Frank Mwazviita, who finished with the best figures of the match, three for 18.
Munashe Chimusoro struck a spirited 38 off 22 balls, but Queens could manage only 127 for nine wickets.
Rimuka lost two wickets for 21 before Musakanda took charge, and with Villan Changa contributing 36, they cruised home with seven balls to spare.
