THE Mutare Provincial Registry, a state-of-the-art facility where vital documents such as birth and death certificates, national identity cards, passports and other essential records will be processed, is set to be commissioned this morning.
Home Affairs and Cultural Heritage Minister, Honourable Kazembe Kazembe, is expected to preside over the commissioning ceremony, a milestone that brings critical Government services closer to the people of Manicaland.

The new facility is expected to improve efficiency in service delivery and ease the burden on residents who previously had to travel long distances to secure crucial documents.
As the programme gets underway, the Zimbabwe Republic Police Band is entertaining guests with a spirited performance.
