‘Ndoro can marry my daughter’

ORLANDO Pirates got their league campaign off to a cracking start with a 3-1 victory over Golden Arrows at the Orlando Stadium on Wednesday night. One man who stole the show, and the Ghost Ship is praising the ground he walks on at the moment, is Tendai Ndoro. Supporters Club caught up with Orlando resident Washington Khumalo, who was at the game, to find out what the mood is like in the Ghost Ship.“Ndoro! Ndoro! Ndoro! We can scream it from the rooftops, we are very happy people,” he said.

“I think the plans are set into motion now, we had an unstable pre-season but now we are flying, thing are looking good so far.

“Tendai Ndoro is the man of the hour, he can marry my daughter, I don’t even think I will ask him for lobola, he must just keep scoring goals.

“I can’t remember the last time a Buccaneer scored a hat-trick, it must have been either Benni McCarthy or the late Lesley Manyathela.

“Next is Bidvest Wits, we will have their scalp. Hey man, this season has already been so exciting, the soccer gods have brought rain to our crops.” — Laduma.
